A unique net for a unique person.  This is a fully functional landing net for larger trout and smaller steelhead, as well for display.   This net combines many of my most complex construction methods and materials.   The handle is a solid piece of hard-wood, that is joined to stacked strips of end cut bamboo.  The frame is a combination of highly figured Tiger striped maple and a the wood of your choice.  After I have constructed the net and frame,  I hand carve the handle into a complex sweeping curve.  The hoop measures 11.5 inches by 15 inches with  a 14.5 inch handle. The net is completed with a multi-layered epoxy finished. All nets are signed and numbered. All nets have a custom shop made brass eye for attaching the net to your vest or belt
